1 Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyAppzConnector platform ("Service"), provided by MyAppz ("MyAppzConnector," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the platform, you ("Client," "User," or "Agency Owner") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you may not access or use the platform.

MyAppzConnector is a powerful integration platform that connects your business applications, automates workflows, synchronizes data, and streamlines operations through integrations with leading services such as Google, Meta, Zoom, Shiprocket, Pabbly, Zapier, and more.

2 Client Identity and Brand Use

All platforms launched using MyAppzConnector must be operated under your own brand name, entity, and business identity.

You are not permitted to use "MyAppzConnector" or "MyAppz" in any marketing, branding, or customer-facing materials unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Any misuse of the MyAppzConnector name, logo, assets, documentation, or association will result in immediate suspension and legal action where applicable.

3 Ownership and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your business operations, including platform content, marketing, pricing, customer support, compliance, and legal obligations.

• All customer payments must be processed through your own payment gateway and business bank accounts.
• MyAppzConnector does not control your transactions, sales, or customers.

4 Limitation of Liability

MyAppzConnector is strictly a technology infrastructure provider. We do not engage in:

• Sales or marketing to your end-users
• Handling disputes, refund claims, or service delivery to your customers

As such, we hold no liability whatsoever for:

• Any financial gains or losses incurred by you
• Refund claims or disputes raised by your users
• Regulatory or legal issues arising from your business operations
• Brand misrepresentation, non-performance, or user dissatisfaction

All such matters fall under your exclusive control and responsibility.

7 Platform Use and Conduct

You agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically. You must not:

• Use the system for fraud, illegal activities, or to distribute harmful content;
• Reverse engineer, replicate, resell, or offer MyAppzConnector as a public tool;

Violation of these terms will result in suspension or permanent account termination.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws;
• You misuse our brand name or attempt to impersonate MyAppzConnector;
• You engage in behavior that damages the integrity or reputation of the platform.

You may terminate your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your billing cycle. No refunds will be given for unused time after the refund window.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the core software, modules, automation flows, design, and backend systems belong to MyAppzConnector. You are granted a license to use and operate the platform under your business, but you do not own the source code or system IP unless explicitly agreed in writing.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
